Chautauqua County received funding from the New York State Department of State to develop 
Local Waterfront Revitalization Programs (LWRP) for the City of Dunkirk, the Towns of Hanover, 
Sheridan, Dunkirk, Pomfret, Portland, Westfield, Ripley, and the Villages of Silver Creek and 
Westfield. 
The development of each LWRP will be the focus of this 
workshop. Come and learn about the program and see how 
your community will benefit!
