INVITATION TO BID- CLOSED
Please Take Notice that pursuant to a resolution by the Town Board of the Town of Hanover, Chautauqua County, New York, sealed bids for the Town of Hanover Highway Department and Water and Sewer Departments for the purchase of diesel fuel, and gasoline will be received by the Town of Hanover Highway Superintendent at the Highway Building, 11966 Hanover Rd., Silver Creek, Chautauqua County, NY until 10:00AM, April 10,2025, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids will be submitted in sealed envelopes at the above address and shall bear on the face thereof the name and address of the bidder. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids and re-advertise for new bids in its discretion. All bids must have a non-collusion bidding certification.
